County and Joint Venture Silicon Valley Pilot New Ways to Share Surplus Food with Affordable Housing Residents

Martha's Kitchen is proud to partner with Santa Clara County, Joint Venture Silicon Valley, and affordable housing providers on a pilot that brings recovered fresh food directly to residents where they live.

In just a few months, we delivered 34,000 pounds of nutritious food—and the results speak for themselves: residents are eating more fresh produce, feeling more connected to neighbors, and experiencing less food insecurity.
