New Site for Martha's Kitchen

For over four decades, Martha's Kitchen has stood

as a steadfast beacon of hope, tirelessly fighting

against food insecurity and ensuring that nutritious

meals are accessible to all. Our mission goes

beyond just feeding those in need; it's about

shattering the relentless cycle of hunger and

empowering those we support. Now, for the first

time in 45 years, Martha's Kitchen is moving to

our own facility. This site is the future of food

security in our region, poised to grow the capacity

of our hot meal, grocery, and food rescue programs.

In 2024 alone, Martha’s Kitchen provided more than 2.4 million meals across Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Fresno, and San Benito Counties. We partner with over 60 nonprofits, schools, and faith-based organizations to ensure meals reach families, children, seniors, and unhoused neighbors facing food insecurity.

Our new Food Hub located at 749 Story Road will allow us to:
•    Expand meal production to 7M meals per year, meeting the rising demand.
•    Store more rescued food safely: preventing waste, feeding more people, and saving on costs.
•    Create a dedicated space for volunteer production, the backbone of our mission.
•    Build efficiency into operations to reduce costs while increasing reach.
